I read a lot nowadays about employees empowerment, improving client satisfaction, and new leadership styles, however, in “SEEDS OF CHANGE”, Hanane doesn’t just write about this. She comes up with a concrete and very developed plan which any company at any level should follow without skipping any “letter”. All of the steps are vital and cannot be compromised if you as a leader want to achieve success and be aligned with the new era techniques.
