I read a lot nowadays about employees empowerment, improving client satisfaction, and new leadership styles, however, in “SEEDS OF CHANGE”, Hanane doesn’t just write about this. She comes up with a concrete and very developed plan which any company at any level should follow without skipping any “letter”. All of the steps are vital and cannot be compromised if you as a leader want to achieve success and be aligned with the new era techniques. Amazing book, very easy to read and once you start you don’t want to put it down. The case study is very detailed and extremely easy to understand and apply.
